Easy Returns Policy

We unconditionally guarantee all UNUSED or DEFECTIVE merchandise for 3 BUSSINESS DAYS from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange; the only exception is clearance specials or personalized custom made items. Returned items more than 4 days are subject to a restocking fee of 20% in addition to all freight charges.

THERE IS NO RETURN, OR EXCHANGE ON PARTY, EVENING AND THE WEDDING DRESSES. PLEASE SELECT YOUR ITEMS VERY CAREFULLY AND MAKE SURE THE SIZES ARE ACCORDING TO THE POSTED CHARTS.

• All items must be in the NEW, UNUSED, COMPLETE and with the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box.
  
  
• Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item and any taxes less all shipping charges. Your credit will appear after OffPriceFashion has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
  
  
• Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
  
  
• RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED AND SENT BACK AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.
